About this Website
    I've followed rallying since the 1980's, spectating on many different events throughout Britain. I setup this website in November 2001 to start to show some of the many photographs I had begun to amass from these various rallies. I'm out most weekends so its frequently updated with new galleries, and it certainly keeps me busy. If you're out at a rally and you see me about do come and introduce yourself - I hope you enjoy looking at the photos as much as I've enjoyed taking them - Cheers, Simon Clarke.

Camera Equipment
    When I started this site I was using a 2.1 megapixel Olympus C2100 Ultra Zoom Digital Camera. In June 2003 I upgraded to the more professional range of Canon Digital SLR equipment with interchangeable lenses.
    I currently use a Canon EOS 1D Mark III camera with a Canon EOS 40D as a backup camera (both 10.1 megapixels) with Canon 17-40mm f4 L, Canon 24-70mm f2.8 L and 70-200mm f2.8 L IS lenses and a Canon 550EX flashgun.

The Galleries
    I don't put all the photos I take up on the galleries due to webspace limitations, however I always try to put at least one photograph of each competitor up from each event, so if you find at least one photo of a specific car, theres a good chance I have some more. All of the galleries have thumbnail images, and all of the full size photographs have been reduced to a size of around 500 pixels wide to save webspace and speed up viewing/loading.

Proofs
    If you are interested in seeing all of the photos I have of a specific car on a specific event then please use the link on the Home Page to E-Mail me, giving details of which event and car number. I will reply as soon as I can with a set of small low resolution proof images for you to view. Please be aware, that although this takes up a lot of my time its still a hobby run in my spare time (mostly evenings), not a business - I try to reply to E-Mails in the order I receive them, so please be patient if it takes a few days for me to reply.

Prints and High Resolution Digital Images
    Since the end of 2003, galleries showing a full set of all the photographs I have taken on each event are now displayed in the rallying section on www.tonylarge.net where you can use the online ordering facilities to purchase proper photographic prints or larger digital images. These galleries are normally added within a week of each event.
    Proper photographic prints from earlier events can also be purchased through my Professional Gallery that I have setup on www.photobox.co.uk - just let me know which photos you are interested in after I've sent you the proofs and I'll get the appropriate photos added to a gallery on there for you to choose from as soon as possible.

Use of Photographs
    All of my photographs are copyright to me, in digital or printed format. Purchased photos are intended for personal use only. If you wish to use them for any other use, please ask for further details. Purchased images may be used on your own website, but I would appreciate a suitable credit, and a link back to my website. NO IMAGES may be used for resale or any kind of profit. If you're in any doubt please ask.
